  • I am the daughter of James Severin Green of Satartia. I have relatives who are former members of Hebron and some who are buried there. We were members of Oak Grove Baptist church.

I have been to several churches during my lifetime- Baptist, Methodist, Morman, and raised Catholic. I did not like the atmosphere of the people there who look as if they need recognition for attending rather than worshiping our Lord. The Easter Sunday communion was passed around as we sat in our pew. I am used to standing or kneeling in respect for His gift. The process felt obligatory instead of praising His name. I learned nothing this visit nor did I feel His presence move.
